Patient Sixty Seven Live At The Baso
with special guests
The Baso - Canberra (Belconnen, ACT)
Thursday, 1 May 2025 7:00 pm
Perth metalcore underdogs Patient Sixty-Seven have unveiled the deluxe edition of their EP 'What If It Never Gets Better'.
Seamlessly blending the lines between heavy, chaotic and melodic, ‘What If It Never Gets Better’ has already amassed over 2 million streams on Spotify alone following the release of the supporting single and music video for 'Impaired' (featuring Taylor Barber of Left To Suffer).
In support of the deluxe release - the band will perform two intimate headline sideshows on the Central Coast and Canberra, in addition to touring across the country with the Australian heavy hitters and genre legends 'Behind Crimson Eyes'.
The bands latest EP brings the four piece’s most well rounded, raw and honest release to date, having already seen the release of fan-favorite tracks such as ‘Mare's Nest’ and ‘No Place’ (featuring Aaron Gillespie of Underoath)
‘What If It Never Gets Better’ has been Patient’s opportune time to round into form, with the EP packing plenty of crushing breakdowns, soaring choruses and lyrical potency.
The EP also accompanies the bands single ‘Nothing Inspires Forgiveness Quite Like Revenge’, as they weave between pounding breakdowns, blood curling screams and a frantic lyrical delivery.
Despite hailing from one of the most isolated cities in the world - the band has built themselves into one of the more promising and entertaining bands in the genre today.
This has seen Patient Sixty-Seven create a genuine and authentic community of empowerment around positive mental health, self care, and using the power of music to overcome.
‘What If It Never Gets Better’ is out now, as the metalcore underdogs continue to prove that heart and passion for what you do still matters above all else.
